Reliable around the house
Amazon Alexa has gotten noticeably better. Routines work well and it understands me even in a noisy kitchen. Would recommend to a colleague.

Does what I need
Amazon Alexa handles timers, reminders, music, and smart-home controls without fuss. For hands-free use it's exactly what I want. Highly recommend.

Hit or miss
Amazon Alexa is fine for timers and music but struggles with anything beyond simple commands. Follow-up questions confuse it.

Constantly misunderstands
Mishears names, ignores context, forgets follow-ups. Amazon Alexa has been a letdown for everyday use. Can't recommend it.
