For research and long-form writing GPT-4o is excellent. Context handling is strong and the answers feel thought-through, not generic. Would recommend to a colleague.

Reasoning is a step up
I use GPT-4o for drafting, summarizing, and debugging. It nails tone and gives well-structured answers. Occasional slips but nothing serious.

Useful, still hallucinates
GPT-4o is capable but inconsistent — great answers one minute, confidently wrong the next. Worth it, with supervision. Your mileage may vary.

Expected more
GPT-4o confidently invents facts too often for me to rely on it. Spent more time fact-checking than it saved. Can't recommend it.

Genuinely impressive
