Reliable around the house
Amazon Alexa has gotten noticeably better. Routines work well and it understands me even in a noisy kitchen. Highly recommend.

Great for hands-free
Amazon Alexa has gotten noticeably better. Routines work well and it understands me even in a noisy kitchen. Would recommend to a colleague.

Does the simple stuff
Amazon Alexa is fine for timers and music but struggles with anything beyond simple commands. Follow-up questions confuse it.

Fine for basics
Good for the basics, but it mishears me often enough to be annoying. Privacy settings are a bit opaque too. Your mileage may vary.

Barely usable
Mishears names, ignores context, forgets follow-ups. Amazon Alexa has been a letdown for everyday use. Can't recommend it.
